The Children Left Behind…

20170205_203054

I hope someone is listening!

It has  been a month now since my daughter was killed in a one car accident on I65 outside of Nashville, TN, on her way home to her children.  She had been out of town for a few days with her fiancé attending his Sons’ Graduation from Military School. They had driven for ten hours and it was about 4 a.m. when it happened.  It is an old story, and it happens everyday to someone’s child.  I am not special and so on that fateful day I lost my baby girl.  I won’t bore you with the details.  That story is posted HERE.

My Daughter had serious depression and anxiety problems and was never able to get the right doctor to treat her illness…moreover, she was tired of trying to.  She had been self medicating for years with street drugs.  The problem was that the drugs that she ended up using only exasperated the problem.  It was not feasible that her drug use would help the problem…it only made it worse. What started as a “pain pill” problem after being prescribed opiates by a doctor for chronic pain, which she indeed had, ended up being a cocaine, meth and possibly a heroin addiction for which she then decided to self medicate with  buprenorphine which she also obtained “off the street”.

I begged her a number of times to get help but there was no real help.  She refused to use Cannabis because of drug testing – first she was scared of CPS drug testing, then she needed to test clean for a job (which she could never hold onto).  She was scared of losing her children because of a positive THC test.  The “other stuff” you can get out of your system quicker, she had told me.  Well, that’s just fucking great.  Now she is dead.

Her medical history is about as difficult as mine is.  It suffices to say that chronic debilitating pain especially when you throw that on top of a mental illness such as we have, Chronic Major Depression and chronic anxiety, that is enough to cause you to look anywhere for some kind of relief.  It is only human nature that if you are in pain, mental or physical,  to try and find some way to get out of it!  In this World you do not have time to sit down and be ill or in pain.  There are bills to pay and kids to feed and nobody cares if you are sick. We are slaves to the system.

I had begged her to come home a number of times.  But at 34 years old I suppose that she needed her own space.  She worked hard at anything she could do to make a little money to keep going.  The drugs kept her going physically, until they took her down.  And when it finally did take her down that last time as she was driving down I65, she left behind three Son’s and a family who loved her so much words can do no justice.

The buprenorphine was the beginning of the end for her.  I watched while she slowly disintegrated….and that was what it was like…watching something disintegrate before your eyes and not being able to stop it.  Because she was so good at hiding what she was doing, I never really knew what drugs she was on at what time, with the exception of the Buprenorphine which she told me about.. The past few years the boys had been with me a lot of the time.  She just could not handle the stress of “trying to find money to live on” and taking care of kids at the same time.  She was totally dysfunctional.  Totally depressed and anxietized.  The only thing I could think of was to get her off the drugs which was impossible to do especially when she wouldn’t use Cannabis.

She was scared.  She also had some idea that she was going to die young.  The past 6-8 months she spent getting all her paperwork in order and labeled accordingly so that when the time came we could find what we needed.  God Bless Her.I’ve never seen so much OCD in organization before.  She had spent hours labeling folders and had everything neatly packed in boxes.  Everything since 1999 when she lost her first child as a stillborn – back before she EVER thought about using any kind of drugs.  She was completely drug free for the pregnancy and  births of all of her children.

She got caught up in the drug war.  And it ended up killing her.If she had used Cannabis instead of all of the other drugs she did, she may very well be alive today. She fell asleep while driving and went off the road – while taking buprenorphine – because she was afraid to use Cannabis.

Drug testing is the single most deadly weapon used by Government and law enforcement to trap people.  It is the cause of many death’s via drug use, which it was intended to prevent.  “Spice” is a good example of this as many people have died from using it because it was a Cannabis “substitute” and it normally does not show up on drug testing.  It is called “probation weed” down here in Kentucky.

Drug testing only invades our privacy and sets us up for failure.  Drug testing does not prevent nor treat drug abuse.  Drug testing is just another way to to seize money via commerce.  Just think of all of the money that is involved in drug testing. Manfred Donike would be proud – I suppose.

The regulation and legalities surrounding the use of drugs and plants have been the trap that has incarcerated so many innocent people, ruined so many people’s lives and is responsible for many, many death’s in this war.  It IS a war.

Legalize, Tax and Regulate Cannabis is not an option if you want to regain your freedom.  It is just another avenue for the Government to grow their control over the people.  A way to give some of us what we want while still maintaining their “complexes” of control via the Controlled Substance Act, These controls keep the medical/pharmaceutical industrial complex, the military/police force industrial complex, the agricultural industrial complex, the private prison industry, the “child protection” industry and more running at high speed, and commerce and taxation flows appropriately, under Government control, to keep it going in the right direction to feed the very industries that control our every move – including the use of Cannabis both medically and recreationally.

If you think that the prison population was high (no pun intended) before “legalization”, just wait until it is “legalized, taxed and regulated”.

The only way to lift this burden is to REPEAL all statutes, regulations and control of the personal use of plants…period, from the United Nation’s Treaties and Agenda 21/30, on down through each Country’s own Constitution.  The only “drugs” which need regulation are those which are created by the pharmaceutical industry itself.  This would include Cannabis based medicines when they are created and sold by pharmaceutical industries or in dispensaries.  The plants in your yard for your own personal use should never be subjected to any kind of “legislation”.

It suffices to say that in this war a lot of us, including myself, will be raising our Grandchildren.  And a lot of us are unable to do so, which leaves many children to the claws of the Government.  My daughter was a good Mother – just ask her children.  They are the ones that have lost the most – their Mother.  She loved her boys to no end. She did the best that she could do.  It is up to us to continue on and try to rectify the evil that she succumb to.

…dying with Francis – and learning to live again…

…dying with Francis – and learning to live again…

ShereeKrider 7/11/2017 7:51:32 PM

sarah 2017 1

On Father’s Day Sunday June 12th, 1983, I had a perfect baby girl. On Father’s Day Sunday June 19th, 2017, I lost my baby girl at 34 years old in a horrible one vehicle accident along north Interstate 65 a few miles outside of Nashville about four a.m. Apparently, she fell asleep while driving, swerved, went over a guardrail, flipped three times, and she was gone from my life forever before the little Toyota truck finally stopped. Her fiancée was asleep with his head in her lap and apparently that is what saved his life and for that I am eternally grateful. But ourselves, the children, the rest of the family and of course her fiancé, along with so many other close friends who have been left behind are so lost. A world without Francis is incomprehensible. …

When the officer came on Monday morning it was my husband /her father who met him in our driveway. We are always sitting on the back screened porch if we aren’t busy elsewhere. The porch is our living room weather permitting. Its where all the family likes to be. Her father thought well hell, what trouble did she get into this time and what jail is she at?

I cannot even begin to explain the torrent of emotion that ran thru my body. It still has not totally left yet, and I suspect never will, or at least it sure feels that way. The initial first 18 hours after we found out was a genuine ride thru hell in a handbasket. Not knowing at first whether her fiancé was dead or alive, not knowing where to begin to find out the information we needed and what to do about transporting her body and funeral and notifying everyone – when I couldn’t even begin to speak. I was completely terrorized.

Francis was far from gangster but she had been in trouble a few times for shoplifting small items in several stores and she was a Buprenorphine user although it was not prescribed by a doctor – she chose to medicate herself after having been addicted to opiates, hydrocodone mostly. She rarely touched Marijuana because she was afraid of being drug tested. The Buprenorphine, she said, she could get out of her system faster.

So there you go…..

My child was afraid to detox with Marijuana because she couldn’t afford to fail a drug test.

She never received a formal diagnosis because there never seemed to be the right kind of doctors to do so. They threw antidepressants at her many times but it didn’t work for her. She was angry and irrational at times. Very depressed and dysfunctional. Chronic major depression seems to run in the family as I was diagnosed with that and extreme anxiety at 23 years old. I had suffered with it since age 12.

Francis was never a failure. She had gone to high school at a private religious school until 10th grade when she ended up dropping out because of illness with her first pregnancy. She later went to school to be a CNA and always kept her registration active but did not work in the field much because of the emotional distress it caused her – depression.

Francis had fell in love with a young man who lived in our neighborhood in Louisville at age 15. She was barely 16 when she gave birth to her son Andrue who was stillborn. On a very cold November day in 1999 we laid her first-born Son to rest at the foot of his Paternal Grandmother who had died only 2 weeks earlier. Francis never got over this but her and J.S. the young man she loved stayed together and had two more son’s together J.D. and D.R. Twelve years later their relationship broke down and they were separated. They stayed friends and even though J.S. lived in Louisville and we had all relocated to Cave City he kept in touch with his children the best way he could – Facebook mostly and occasionally the boys would go spend a few days or week with their Dad.

When I called J.S. with the horrible news he came after his boys that night. I was not happy with the decision he had made at all, at first. I did not want my grandsons taken away from me. I was the one that they stayed with most of the time even when Francis was alive. And now that she was gone my grandsons should remain with me – or so I thought. But J.S. and the boys and last but not least the Barren County Sheriff explained that they needed to go with their dad.

The timing sucked. Baby T.K. was now losing 2 brothers within a day of losing his Mother. He is only four years old. He wants his Mommy and his brothers.

So now comes T.K.’s father calling on “Facebook messenger “ the very next day wanting to come get HIS son. A son he has not seen nor talked to nor paid support for that I know of since T.K. was 2 months old. A veteran with 9 other children with I don’t know how many mothers. A man who cannot hold a job that I know of and has been in and out of the judicial system. A man who had taken advantage of Francis when she was lost, and ended up blessing her with a biracial son. I say that he blessed her with her son T.K. because that was the only thing good that came out of that short-term relationship. T.K. is a very beautiful and special child and we are blessed to have him.

The difference between J.S. and N.L. who is T.K.’s father is that J.S. knows and loves his boys and there is no doubt in my mind of this. Even though he’s had tough times in his life he never did anything to make his sons life any harder on them than it already was. N.L. wants his child because “T.K. is mine”, period. And of course, he will be able to get a check on him.

Because Francis was paranoid of people trying to take her kids away, namely N.L. and CPS, she would never write up a will or POA for me in case of emergency even though all the kids were with me a lot of the time, – and so here we are. fighting against all odds to get custody of T.K. and keep him with the family that knows him, loves him, and has cared for him since his birth. To try to protect him from being thrown into a family that he knows nothing about or has ever seen. Even though I asked N.L. to come to the funeral where he could meet his son he neglected to show up and in a text, he said he had a flat tire and his kids were fighting with their mother. What could be more important than being at the funeral of your child’s mother? Especially when you are wanting to take that child?

sarah funeral 1

The funeral went smoothly, and many friends and family came to see Francis and say their good-byes. Everyone was congenial with each other and caring. My only regret is that I could not have her in Cave City for her funeral and burial, but because I had no insurance on her and I only owned two plots and they were in Louisville, that is where she ended up. My Daughter Marie, Francis’s Sister, had to put up over $4000 to cover the remainder of the costs. I do not know what we could have done without her help. We will be paying this debt for a while, for sure. A monthly reminder of what we have lost. The Insurance company would not release funds to pay for the funeral and we are still in process of dealing with that. Insurance companies rarely do what they are needed or expected to do. If it wasn’t for Marie, Francis likely would have become property of the State. That in and of itself is a sad thing, but most people are living in such circumstances that they cannot afford the luxury of Life Insurance. By the time they must pay for car insurance and health insurance, combined with all the other necessities of life, there is no room for anything else.

Marie is seriously heartbroken as she is now an only child who has lost her only Sister. I never wanted her to be an only child. I never had any siblings, and I’m here to say that everyone needs brothers and sisters. I married mine when I married my husband who had 7 of them. They have been a godsend to us in our time of sorrow and need.

A few close friends helped me survive the first three weeks. We had quite a few extra people in the house for over a week following her death. It took 7 days just to get the arrangements finalized and completed. Groceries, babysitting and nanny to help keep T.K. occupied, emotional support and more was very much needed while we walked blindly through the fog that was Our Daughter’s death and burial, and I will be forever grateful for their help.

At the same time, we were making arrangements, AFTER having to tell three Grandson’s that their Mother was gone, we were terrified of T.K. being “snatched” away from us, by his Father. We made I don’t know how many trips back and forth to the Courthouse and CPS and a consult with a Lawyer, even though we couldn’t afford to hire one, to try to make sense of what we needed to do to protect him. It is not an easy thing to do.

On July 1, T.K.’s Father did show up at my house. I called the Sheriff to come check things out and he was arrested for a warrant previously incurred. He was still incarcerated at the time of the July 10th hearing and he was not able to attend. The Judge honored our request for temporary custody.

I do not know how many times we will have to appear in Court over this issue. I do not know what the outcome will be. I can only hope and pray for a good outcome for T.K. for he is the one who will suffer the most if the wrong decision is made. We will follow through.

This is just the beginning of a long road to come. We are now 57 and 59 years old with a four-year-old child. But we are not alone because I know that there are many others out there like us. It happens every day. And we are not alone in raising this child. My Daughter, his Aunt, will become a surrogate parent as well. I am sure it will take all of us to accomplish this – but we will prevail.

This change in life shall remain indefinitely. The loss of a Child in such a way is a terror that will never completely heal. There could not be much of anything that would be harder to deal with. The shock, the horror, the emotions, the funeral, the thoughts that you accumulate from the experience that will never totally leave, the unknowing of the future at hand, suddenly being totally responsible for a young child’s care, the shear sense of a loss that will never end…

this, is a true story…the saddest one I have ever written.

My Dearest Baby, Sarah Francis,

How did this even happen? It is a horrible nightmare that I will never wake up from.

You were born on Fathers Day and died on Fathers Day, how does that even happen?

When the Officer came to the house last Monday morning, your Dad was the one who got the news first.

I’ve never seen him so distraught.

There isn’t any news in the World that could be more horrible than that was.

I still think that you are going to come up the drive and skid into the rock like you always did.

But you won’t.

I love you so much words cannot explain this loss.

J.S. came and took J.D. and D.R. away…

N.L. is coming to take T.K. away…

I have lost 4 children at once.

Baby girl, it is not your fault!

You are and will forever be an Angel to the Lord.

It is the evil in this World that took you down.

It was not your fault!

The cards were stacked against you (and all of us) from the day we were born.

When you needed medical help – it was not there.

When you needed support – it was not there because even though we love you with all of our heart and soul,

it was just not enough to get you through the distress in your life.

I am so very sorry.

Sorry for not being able to help you more,

Sorry that you were born into a World that is so self-centered and evil,

Sorry that I could not save you,

Sorry that I could not save your Children, or my Grandchildren from the evil in this World.

I would do anything for you – because you are my heart and soul, you are my Baby Girl.

Marie is so heartbroken, I don’t know what to do.

Your Dad is so heartbroken, and so am I and SO many other people who have lost you.

You will always be in our life, every day, from now till the end of our lives, and beyond.

Every day when I wake up I will see your beautiful face,

Every night when I lay down I will see your beautiful Soul,

I miss you so much,

I miss you yelling at me,

I miss you needing me,

I miss everything about You,

I want You back,

We are all so lost without You,

Rosie is now an only Child, and I know from experience that is not a good thing.

Every child needs a brother or sister,

and now Rosie’s is gone forever.

Oh My God what can I do?

With all of my heart and soul I love you,

Guess what?

T.K. just learned to ride a bike – a big bike – without training wheels – today!

David fixed the bike for him and brought it down the other day,

and today he is riding it on his own!

It’s like he grew up overnight,

I know D.R. wanted to be here with him, and that breaks my Heart,

I’m doing everything that I can to keep these babies together, but it isn’t going my way at all.

I love you Darling – now and forever,

Please be at Peace,

Know that we love you,

Know that you are not in any way at fault in any of this,

Know that you are a good Mother,

Know that you have Beautiful Children,

Know that We know that You did your best…

Know that I will do my best for your Babies,

Know that I will do my best for Robert, as he is so hurt and lost without you, he will remain in Our Family.

Just KNOW that EVERYONE LOVES YOU AND MISSES YOU AND OUR LIVES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN…

Mom

It’s time for another Presidential Election in the U.S.A. (Lord, what are we supposed to do now?)

The following is a short synopsis of the current situation as I see it concerning the Presidential Elections.

After watching Donald J. Trump at the Republican National Convention (RNC) and Hillary Clinton at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in July, I am still at a loss on who would be the best Candidate to put our Votes behind in the upcoming Presidential Elections.

As of yet, the U.S. Marijuana Party as a group has likewise not decided who we should promote for the White House as well.

Bernie Sanders did his best at the DNC to push the Democrats over to Hillary Clinton, in his speech.  I am not sure how that is going to work out for them.

Hillary Clinton has had virtually continuous access to the White House since her Husband, Bill Clinton was elected President in 1993.  This is 2016 and I do not see anything that can be construed as positive changes for the American People in a long, long time.  You could argue that when “Bill” was in the White House things were different.  However, after gaining a few years wisdom on the matter, there are things that I could disagree with during his reign, that at the time I thought he was one of the best President’s we ever had.  And, sadly enough, he probably was.

William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton, American politician who was the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. Clinton was previously Governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and 1983 to 1992, and the Arkansas Attorney General from 1977 to 1979. A member of the Democratic Party, ideologically Clinton was a New Democrat, and many of his policies reflected a centristThird Way” political philosophy.

The Omnibus Crime Bill, which Clinton signed into law in September 1994,[87] made many changes to U.S. crime and law enforcement legislation including the expansion of the death penalty to include crimes not resulting in death, such as running a large-scale drug enterprise. During Clinton’s re-election campaign he said, “My 1994 crime bill expanded the death penalty for drug kingpins, murderers of federal law enforcement officers, and nearly 60 additional categories of violent felons.”[88] It also included a subsection of assault weapons ban for a ten-year period.

Here are a few more items from the “Bill Clinton Era that are notable;

Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act (Brady Act) of 1993. When signed into law in November of that year, the Brady Act included a GCA amendment that created the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)

The Glass–Steagall separation of commercial and investment banking was in four sections of the 1933 Banking Act.

What I do not like about each of the Candidates:

7 of Hillary Clinton’s biggest accomplishments

 Hilary Clinton – (Democrat)

After having been in the public spotlight since Bill Clinton’s Election in 1992 and even prior to that in Arkansas, she has had plenty of time and plenty of access to all the most valuable areas in the Executive Branch of the Government and beyond to make change happen.

Hillary’s own personal access to the White House includes the following:

She served as the 67th United States Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013, the junior United States Senator representing New York from 2001 to 2009, First Lady of the United States during the presidency of Bill Clinton from 1993 to 2001, and First Lady of Arkansas during his governorship from 1979 to 1981 and from 1983 to 1992.  Following the September 11 attacks, she voted to approve the war in Afghanistan. She also voted for the Iraq Resolution, which she later regretted.  She voted against the Bush tax cuts and in favor of the Patriot Act and TARP. Clinton responded to the Arab Spring, during which she advocated the U.S. military intervention in Libya.

LINK to more information.

She arguably has the most experience and the most activism experience as well, in her background.  But there has just been so much drama in her past decisions and she has been in the circle for 25 years already.  You can definitely argue that it is time for change.  Period.

Donald Trump – (Republican)

Corpocracy /ˌkɔrpɒkrəsi/ coined in 1995 by Nickolas Falvo, is a term used as an economic and political form of Oligarchy that is controlled by corporations, corporate interests, or the wealthy owners of corporations. It is different from both corporatism, which is the organisation of society into groups with common interests, and Corporatocracy, which is an economic and political system controlled by corporations or corporate interests while not being necessarily an Oligarchy.

Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is an American businessman, television personality, author, and politician. He is chairman of The Trump Organization, which is the principal holding company for his real estate ventures and other business interests. He is also the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for President of the United States in the 2016 election.

Here are some quotes from Donald Trump’s opinion –

Millions are helped by Planned Parenthood, but defund it.

Cut defense budget, & entire EPA & Dept. of Education.

1989 full-page newspaper ads: “Bring Back the Death Penalty”.

Green energy is just an expensive feel-good for tree-huggers.

Additionally, here are a couple of reported facts;

Disposal of national public lands;

The Republican platform committee met this week to draft the document that defines the party’s official principles and policies. Along with provisions on pornography and LGBT “conversion therapy” is an amendment calling for the indiscriminate and immediate disposal of national public lands

“Congress shall immediately pass universal legislation providing a timely and orderly mechanism requiring the federal government to convey certain federally controlled public lands to the states,” reads the adopted language. “We call upon all national and state leaders and representatives to exert their utmost power and influence to urge the transfer of those lands identified.”

We as a People cannot let this happen on our watch!  It must be stopped!  National Public Lands are supposed to belong to the People of this Country.  If they are sold off to Private investors the land will be at their mercy.

“…leaving national parks, wilderness areas, wildlife refuges, and national forests apparently up for grabs and vulnerable to development, privatization, or transfer to state ownership.”

Cut spending by targeting the Department of Education and Environmental Protection Agency;

Asked on “Fox News Sunday” how he would cut spending, Trump named the Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency as potential targets.

Although I believe both “Departments” could use some restructuring I do not believe it is in anyone’s best interest, (except maybe the “Corporations”), to dispose of these Agencies.  They make an honest (?) attempt to regulate two of the most important “Departments” in the U.S.  Without them who would monitor the health of our environment or be responsible for our Children’s learning structure and environment?  While I would also say that private education is the best education and it would be nice if we could eradicate the Department of Education, it just does not seem viable to me to do so at this late date.  Our Children deserve to be educated to the best of the Student’s ability to learn.  Education should be free and equal to all Citizens as long as their participation in their education continues and passing grades are achieved.  This should include at least a basic four year College or University Curriculum.

I do not claim to be all-knowing, but it sure seems like Trump’s Campaign is just another Corporate Coup to me!

Gary Johnson  (Libertarian)

no farm subsidies;

In my opinion, the Farmer’s are the very people that we should be subsidizing!  These are the very people who grow and produce our food!  The only reason for not subsidizing Farmer’s would be to let Corporate farming take over the market.  This may reduce the cost of food and maybe raise the quantity, but what quality of food would we be subjected to?

Built private prisons to replace out-of-state prisoners;

There is only one reason to promote the use of private prisons and that is Corporate prisons.  Private prisons have been used for quite a few years and they have all been a failure.  Cost is not the only issue when it comes to housing our prisoners!  There are a lot of issues with private run prisons and there are a lot of links at KentuckyMarijuanaParty.Com to help you begin to sift through all those issues.  In short, I do not like them.

State primacy over water quantity & quality issues;

Water is our most important natural resource.  It is the lifeblood of the Human Race as a whole.  Water should be regulated first on a Federal level so as to ensure that all of the water which is utilized in our homes and for personal use, i.e., drinking and bathing is safe to use not only at the moment of consumption but so as not to cause health issues later.  I believe that Flint, Michigan is a very good example of what can happen when this resource is left untested – literally.

I am not a fan of the U.N. but it has “recognized the human right to water and sanitation and acknowledged that clean drinking water and sanitation are essential to the realization of all human rights.”  The U.S. should take this declaration seriously and strive fast and hard for the access to clean water to all Citizens in all areas of the U.S.  This should be a top priority!  Since clean, safe water is essential to all of us the Federal Government should set standards and do whatever is necessary to make sure all the States have equal access to whatever services they may require to make sure that this is accomplished.

NAFTA benefits New Mexico; jobs lost are those we don’t want;

Unlimited campaign contributions by corporations;

It is my opinion that only individuals should be able to contribute to any given campaign!  There should be no Corporate interests involved in any election!  We are talking about Government of the people, by the people and for the people, NOT the Corporations!  My belief is that a Corporation is not a ‘Being’ and should not be treated as such – It IS a business!  Businesses always have ulterior motives in any given Election – It is called Sales and Marketing strategy!

In a January 2001 interview with Playboy Magazine, Governor Johnson stated that he opposed campaign contribution limits. “The problem isn’t large contributions. The problem is that we don’t know who contributed. If you limit contributions from an individual to, say, $1000, then I think just the opposite occurs. Then you have politicians beholden to way too many people.” In 2010, Johnson said he favored unlimited contributions by corporations as well.

Gary Johnson on Social Security issues:  Raise the retirement age to 70 or 72;   A portion of Social Security ought to be privatized;  Reform all entitlements, including Social Security;  Open to personal accounts for Social Security;

Jill Stein –  (Green Party)

She wants to put much regulation into the ownership of guns which I see as a threat against an important part of our Constitutional Rights.

“A Democracy is when two wolves
and a sheep take a vote on what’s
for dinner. A Republic is when the
sheep is well armed and can beg to
differ with the vote.

” Benjamin Franklin”

According to Jill Stein:

  • Gun ownership should be appropriately regulated.
  • Gun ownership should be appropriately regulated.

She must have really strong feelings about this issue since it was inputted twice!

  • More local regulations; more background checks.

Personally, I do not think we need any regulations in gun ownership.  At this point everyone needs to own one and know how to use it.  Regulations are not going to save your Ass when an intruder decides to do you harm.  The intruder will not read the rules and regulations, I promise you that much!

  • Reduce culture of violence via mental health & legal drugs.

This is very troubling to me as an individual because forced health care, especially mental health care, is a very slippery slope which can and most likely will turn into a disaster for many patients.  Who gets to decide who needs mandated mental health care?  We already have too much of this type of scenario playing out in the Courts currently.  There is a BILL, H.R. 2646 which was passed out of Committee on June 15, 2016 deemed “Murphy’s Bill” which could very likely be the slippery slope that could lead into a very dire situation for any patient involved in the mental healthcare system.

In my opinion, the best way to get mental help patients the care that they need is to make sure that Physicians and services are available with easy access.  If a patient feels good about the Physician that they are seeing and has ready access to those services it is a good bet that they will be open to receiving those services.  We cannot mandate healthcare.  If a patient has no right to choose whether or not he receives care then he has no right to determine who or where he receives the care from and what pharmaceutical drugs he may be mandated or forced to take!  This Bill could possibly be a big winner for the pharmaceutical industry as well as the drug testing industry!

History tends to repeat itself, so with that in mind take a look at this historical information and do not ever think that it could not happen here, because it damn sure could!

  • Address community violence with more mental health services.

Again, we cannot mandate mental healthcare!

  • Gun at home more likely to cause injury than to defend home.

This may or may not hold true but it is still a Constitutional right to own firearms and we have a right to protect ourselves, our families and our homes – as well as to help protect anyone within our reach.  It is an individual choice whether or not to keep a firearm in your home.

With all this being said, it remains who would be the most trustworthy of the Candidates, let alone who would be the best leader of our Country.  Who can we trust the most to do what they say they will do?  Who would be most likely to lead us into a massive war?  Who would be most likely to take away even more of our individual rights through the guise of homeland security and gun control?  There are so many issues at the front of this upcoming Election.  I will continue to listen to the reports, and hopefully, come to a final decision soon,  but this will have to have been the hardest Election that I’ve ever had to make a decision on.

A short list of Candidates to choose from for the 2016 Presidential Race….

3/18/2016

ShereeKrider

It suffices to say that I am not at all excited about this years #POTUS ‘Race for the Whitehouse’.

There isn’t one Candidate that I have found so far, that has been termed ‘electable’, that I care to vote for.

But that is just my personal opinion and not worth very much by todays standards!

I am putting together my ‘short list’ of possible, electable Candidates to Office of the Presidency which include the Candidates outlined below.

The U.S. Marijuana Party will issue a statement prior to the election on who they are supporting.  As of right now we are still undetermined.

For purposes of this article, I am expressing my own personal thoughts on the subject.

I surely would not give Hillary Clinton my vote.  Here is “Louder with Crowder’s” rendition of 7 Undeniable Reasons You CAN NOT Vote Hillary

I can save everyone some time here and just say that I agree with everything he said!

Next we look at Donald Trump.  Wow, what a stage show!  A man who has never participated in politics in his life with the exception of lobbying efforts by the Trump empire. But according to him, “I Was Part of the Problem, But I Can Fix It”.   I have to admit I have some fear as to what would happen if this man were elected and for that reason I will withhold that vote.

Moving right along we come next to Sen. Bernie Sanders who definitely has his heart in the right place!  He is a “Democratic-Socialist” who aims to please all.  Well as much as possible anyway.

Democratic socialism, Sanders said, is not tied to any Marxist belief or the abolition of capitalism. “I don’t believe government should own the means of production, but I do believe that the middle class and the working families who produce the wealth of America deserve a fair deal,” he said.

Socialism, in any form or fashion, is a scary term for Americans, mainly wealthy Americans.  That being said we have already been engaged in socialism in America, having been moving in this direction intended or not, for many years.  If the people participate in the governing of a Socialist Democracy it should be very good for everyone.  Americans tend to be lazy when it comes to participating in politics and even when it comes to the voting process.  Yet, we are still basically a Democracy, (although sometimes that is hard to believe as well), and our Representatives and Senators include Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents, so we should have no problem holding onto our Country if we all show up to vote in ALL of the Elections.  It is time to start participating versus sitting back, watching the show and hoping for the best outcome!

I believe Sen. Bernie Sanders could be a viable option for the vote.

Additionally, we have Libertarian Presidential Candidate and former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson.

If you follow the opinion of Ron Paul you will subscribe to the theory that the Founding Fathers were more Liberal than Conservative although many will disagree with this thought.

“Libertarianism is, as the name implies, the belief in liberty. Libertarians believe that each person owns his own life and property and has the right to make his own choices as to how he lives his life and uses his property – as long as he simply respects the equal right of others to do the same.” Sharon Harris, President, Advocates for Self-Government LINK

Per Wikipedia:  Johnson has been a longtime advocate of legalizing marijuana and has said that if he were president, he would remove it from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act as well as issue an executive order pardoning non-violent marijuana offenders.[128]

Gary Johnson was supported by the U.S. Marijuana Party in 2012.  He is up for consideration this year as well.  So far he is the only Candidate with a clear strategy regarding the drug war. However, I do not believe that the freedom of Cannabis will ultimately come with one Executive Order.  Legalization unto itself is becoming a legal nightmare for many.  Repealing the CSA and removing Cannabis/Hemp from the U.N. Convention on Narcotic Drugs is the only true way to REPEAL.  A Plant is a Plant, and Plants should belong to all of us. Not at the discretion of the U.N.  And yes, it should apply to ALL Plants.  Not just Cannabis.  But for purposes of the 2016 Election we will focus on Cannabis/Hemp.

Since Libertarianism is the only ‘party’ which gives back personal freedom to the people themselves this is the Party which I would definitely like to see more of in every office in the U.S.  We need Libertarians in every aspect of our Government to try to ensure our personal freedoms are not kicked out the window for good.  There is no other Party that seems willing to do this.  The Democrats and Republicans are Hell bent on destroying most any freedom we ever had in this Country.  Regardless of who you may vote for in the Presidential Election remember to consider the Libertarians as viable Candidates for all offices of Government in the future, for this reason.

Electability is another problem.  There is just not enough Press and Media support for a Libertarian Candidate or any other Third-Party Candidate for that matter, in this Country yet.  Why, I do not know except that as I pointed out before most of us do not bother to show up at the Elections at all and have been too comfortable in the past with who ever got the vote.  This is starting to change as people become more aware of what is going on around them politically.  We can thank Donald Trump for the wake up call of the masses.  If he isn’t any good for anything else he was definitely a good choice to get the attention of the people who had paid no attention before.

Could it be possible that a Third-Party Candidate, a Libertarian, could come from behind like a Kentucky Race Horse to dash past the finish line while everyone is looking and saying, “How the Hell did that happen”?.

With any luck we will hear more from Gary Johnson in the near future.  I would like to see what the Americans will do for this Candidate.  Will they even give him a chance and listen to what he has to say?  Or will we retain the old dog and pony show with the Democrats?  Or maybe we will make the jump to Democratic Socialism?  Or maybe, just maybe, the Electoral College will once again, disregard the Popular Vote and put who they want to put into office?

In the current Electoral College battlefield, 40 of 50 states have voted for the same candidate in all four elections since 2000

I invite you to browse the links which I have provided within this article and make an informed decision for yourself.  Think about what is important to you and your family and who is most likely to be able to provide that.  Personally, I would like to think that a vote for Gary Johnson would be put to good use.  It remains to be seen if He can prove himself electable.  Sen. Bernie Sanders is also a viable option.

Please feel free to leave your comments on this issue here or on any of our Facebook Plugins on the websites.

We are waiting to hear what your opinions on this are.  Your opinion counts here!

What Is Libertarianism?

How I ended up where I am…

KentuckySheree Krider

In 2003 I started my quest for knowledge regarding Cannabis and Medical Cannabis.  I had previously raised two daughters and was taking care of my parents.  In 2001 shortly before my Father’s death he had called me and asked me if I could get him “a little pot” (at 84 years old) because he thought “It might make me feel better”.  Because I did not know anything about the usage of Medical Cannabis I was afraid to let him have it.  I have regretted that decision but at the time I knew no better.

In 2005 I met Ms. Tonya Davis and accompanied her to a few meetings and festivals in Ohio.  There I met Lynne Wilson and also Rev. Mary Thomas Spears who has become my closest friend since then.

I remember asking Tonya Davis in 2005 if there was a political way to beat the beast so to speak, and asked her about “REPEAL”  but at the time most people were in to “Legalization”.

I went home, looked up the U.S. Marijuana Party and made a phone call to Richard Rawlings.  I had posted on the then ky.usmjparty.com but it had been taken down right before I contacted him and in fact that was my reason for calling, to find out what happened to “Kentucky”.

It so happened that this was about the same time as the inquiry into Marc Emery was being made by the U.S. DEA for shipping Cannabis seeds by mail to the U.S.  At the time I knew nothing about what was going on.

Richard put the Kentucky site back up and gave me “Administrator” status over it.  That was the beginning of my journey with the U.S. Marijuana Party.

From the beginning I was a “Repealer” and posted as such on the Kentucky site.  But it would be a number of years before the Party itself crossed over to being a true repeal group.

About 20 or more States were lost after Marc Emery was indicted.  I stayed on.

Eventually in 2010 Richard offered me “V.P.” status which I hesitantly accepted because I never wanted to be a “politician”, it just was not my “line of work” so to speak.  However, I did accept and we continued on with the USMjParty even though there was no income to be had for doing it.  It was a passion and a way of life – not one to collect “funds” from.

In 2011 Richard started to become ill and by the later part of 2011 I was forced into making a decision I did not want to make but it was “part of the job”.  I called Bill Chengelis who was the Colorado Chair at the time and asked him to take Richard’s place as “Head Chairman” of the USMjParty.  I would remain on as the Kentucky Chair until the position could be filled by someone else – but that never happened.

By 2012 Richard was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer and we stayed together until his death in February 2013.  He left me with all of his websites and the USMjParty.

I definitely did not want to be “Head Chair” so I decided that I would change my position considering what I had been left with to “Organizer” and “Kentucky Chair” of the USMjParty.

Since then I have focused around all the other people who have came in and out of the USMjParty as State Chairs and ran the websites.

Today we push for REPEAL of the CSA as well as other Federal and U.N. laws which continue to make this plant an “illegal substance” even though it has been “legalized” in 23+ States though technically it is still an illegal substance under Federal and U.N. law and that law has yet to be changed.

REPEAL is the only path to true freedom of this plant.  If we let “legalization” and CSA Schedule II take it over we have lost the war for the common person who wishes to grow their own on their own property without taxation.

We are “FIGHTING FOR THE FREEDOM FROM PROHIBITION OF YOUR FREEDOM’S!”

Guns…

7976961615_e1457307a6_mWe have the right to bear arms and protect ourselves granted by the 2nd amendment. “License’s” are not going to protect anyone because someone who has bad intentions will always find what they are looking for whether it be guns or drugs or even money (via stealing)….You can’t regulate gun safety like you cannot effectively regulate drugs. What you CAN do is require everyone to be their own first responder i.e., be prepared to fight for yourself if you HAVE to….. The only thing that drug and gun regulations (statutes, laws) WILL DO is create more money for the “prison industrial complex”….. I hear a tax increase coming…..to protect you from people who have guns…. As well, it is going to cost you more to have your gun legally because of the idea of requiring insurance on those weapons is now being considered. I would plead that KY and IN have pretty good gun laws as they stand. However, if changes come the people that will be hurt is once again the poor – who cannot afford INSURANCE or maybe even the license to have one if that was enacted…. Once again the rich win out…. Dearm the poor to protect the rich.

THE PROTECTION OF COMMERCE IN THE FORM OF PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

http://www.cms.gov/medicare-cover…/…/icd-9-code-lookup.aspx…& ICD-9 Code Lookup

ICD-9 Code ICD-9 Code Description
304.30 CANNABIS DEPENDENCE UNSPECIFIED USE
304.31 CANNABIS DEPENDENCE CONTINUOUS USE
304.32 CANNABIS DEPENDENCE EPISODIC USE
304.33 CANNABIS DEPENDENCE IN REMISSION

305.21 NON-DEPENDENT CANNABIS ABUSE CONTINUOUS USE
305.22 NON-DEPENDENT CANNABIS ABUSE EPISODIC USE
305.23 NON-DEPENDENT CANNABIS ABUSE IN REMISSION

This is what the FDA and DEA have for us. Instead of repealing the laws on “Cannabis” and “Cannabis Abuse” They have CODES to charge your insurance company for and 3 Million Dollars to PHARMA to come up with a new DRUG (cleared by the FDA of course) to COMBAT MARIJUANA ADDICTION — This is nonsense at its best!

THE PROTECTION OF COMMERCE IN THE FORM OF PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX AND THEY WILL SELL IT TO YOU AS IF THEY ARE “HELPING YOU” COMBAT ADDICTION. It will additionally be mandated that those brought into the welfare or child protective services or psychiatric medical care be forced to succumb to the use of this drug (not unlike what is being done now with anti-depressants and other “mental” drugs).  If it isn’t stopped in its tracks now this is your future!

Subtitle:  How to become a criminal vs. a patient in need of their medication…

May 7th, 2015

Sheree Krider

I really hate writing about myself.  I rarely do and when I do it is for a reason.  I have no other choice but to tell the story as it happened – and unfortunately it happened to me, although you could say that I have set myself up for “martyrdom” by being involved with Activism in any aspect which has to do with Cannabis.  That is my sin – I smoke Cannabis.  I know that it helps my anxiety but I also knew that Cannabis alone most likely would not be able to handle my “condition” and that it was “illegal” to use.  O.K., that much is fact.

In 1979 I was diagnosed with Chronic Major Depression, Dysthymia, and Acute Anxiety.  This is no secret as I have not tried to hide the fact that I suffer from this condition.

Skip forward to 1990 when I finally was placed with a Psychiatrist that was very knowledgeable in his field and I took to him quickly.  I was glad to have someone that knew more than I did prescribing my medication.

I never hid the fact that I worked as an Activist with the USMjParty from him.  I never hid the fact that I used Cannabis from him.

I left a pain clinic in 2003 where I tested positive for THC and the only medication they would prescribe at that point was Methadone which I had ironically enough just been able to detox myself from and was not taking anymore.  Hence, my reason for leaving.

My Psychiatrist, Dr. Theodore B. Feldman who works for U of L Psychiatric in Louisville Kentucky told me at that time that I did not have to worry about obtaining my medicine from him because he would never hold the THC against me.  My main two medicines were Zoloft and Xanax.  I had been tried on a multitude of drugs but this is what worked for me and I have been using the same medication since 1986.  He even filled out a form which is seen below, to send back to the pain doctors saying there wasn’t a reason to withhold my pain medication because of THC.

Theodore B. Feldmann, M.D., Associate ProfessorDr. Feldman is responsible for all aspects of the psychiatry curriculum during the four years of medical school. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his psychiatric residency training at the University of Cincinnati and received additional training at the Chicago Institute for psychoanalysis and Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Feldman received his board certification in psychiatry in 1986 and in forensic psychiatry in 1996. His clinical activities include general adult psychiatry, long-term intensive psychotherapy, and forensic psychiatry. He has been the principle investigator on research activities related to workplace violence and hostage and barricade incidents. Dr. Feldman serves as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts. He is a psychiatric consultant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation which includes consultation in hostage situations, training of hostage negotiators, and psychological profiling of offenders. Dr. Feldman serves as a consultant to the Baldwin County (GA) Victim Assistance Program and to the Louisville Metro/Jefferson County (KY) Police Crisis Negotiation Team. He has published numerous scientific papers and serves as a peer reviewer for a variety of regional and national publications. In addition to his clinical service, Dr. Feldman supervises and lectures to medical students and psychiatry residents on topics related to psychiatric assessment, personality disorders and psychotherapy.

Dr. Feldman THC

I had also been told by Dr. Feldman not to worry if I could not get to an appointment – I could reschedule.  The problem was that when I rescheduled he was always booked three to six months at a time so it could be hard for me to get in.

The first part of April this year I called in to get an appointment.  I had missed two previous, one because of weather and one because of taking my (ex)husband to an important heart cath appointment here in Glasgow.   When I called in I was told that I was NO LONGER A PATIENT OF DR. FELDMAN THAT I HAD BEEN DISMISSED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT AND A PAST DUE BALANCE WHICH WASN’T PAID OFF.  I never received a letter to this effect from either Dr. Feldman, nor the office of the U of L Psychiatric Clinic.  I was told nothing until the day I called in for an appointment.  After much adieu the clinic called in my Zoloft and Xanax for one more month.  I needed them filled again by the first of May.

This is where I will go backwards a little bit.  I had also been a patient of Dr. Chandra Reddy here in Cave City.

Reddy 2013

He had been my primary doctor since I moved here in 2011.  He had filled my medications as needed for the most part – until I was caught by a drug test by him back in 2014.  At about that same time, in July of 2014 Dr. Reddy, himself, was found to be trading scripts for marijuana!  Kentucky.com reported the following on July 7th, 2014:

According to last week’s order restricting Reddy from prescribing controlled substances, Berry said patients would call for narcotic prescriptions without coming to the office. She also claimed to have a sexual relationship with her married boss and to have traded cash and prescription narcotics for marijuana for his use.

http://www.kentucky.com/2014/07/07/3326421/the-candy-man-and-pain-clinic.html#storylink=cpy

Here is the PDF Document of the outcome of his demise.

The end of this scenario with Dr. Chandra Reddy is that he is now back in his office practicing medicine after having had these charges against him and he had admitted to smoking marijuana as well.

Now, I move forward to current time.  The Physician I went to after Dr. Reddy was out of business was located in Glasgow.  I was referred to him by T.J. Samson Hospital approximately six months ago.

I will not use his name because he is currently still my physician.  He has done no wrong.  He is just doing what he has to do to keep his license.  When H.B. 1 was passed in January of this year all the Physicians who were already on edge, increased their drug testing and removal of patients who smoked Cannabis, because the new laws just served to create a free fall for all Medical Cannabis user’s.  We were immediately pegged because of drug testing in the Doctor’s office which is how I came to be in this situation to begin with.

When I went to my current Physician in Glasgow they got me with a drug test.  I was positive for THC and he could no longer prescribe me “scheduled narcotics” – which would include the medicine I need the most to survive in this chaotic world I live in, Xanax.

Do to the fact I thought ahead and always kept an extra few weeks of medicine put back in case of emergency, which I think this definitely qualifies as an emergency, I am able to sit here today and write the story of what is happening to me.

The only thing my current Physician could do is refer me to a new Psychiatrist in Bowling Green for which my appointment is not until September!

It is documented fact that after being on this medication for so many years, my age, my heart conditions and anxiety, I could die from withdrawals.  So therefore they know that that withdrawal will force me into a hospital for treatment (I’ve never had to be hospitalized for my condition before) and force me to “retire” from Activism all together – get me out of their way, an activist “culling” of sorts, and I damn well know that it is not just me that is being hung by the neck in this scenario.  It has to be playing out with many people – all Cannabis user’s.  In all areas of the Country.  It is just particularly bad in Kentucky — and my name is Sheree Krider.

So effectively I have been given a death sentence by our Government and Health Care System.  If I do not become a criminal and find Xanax on the “street”, it is quite likely I may end up dead – or worse.

They have judiciously made me into a criminal for being ill and speaking out for something I believe in and not trying to hide the fact.  I was, in fact, very naïve to think that I could trust any Doctor – even Dr. Feldman who I felt I could be truthful with, after twenty-four years, kicked me out like an old rag.  Due to the fact that he is involved in Forensics I have to ask myself why I ever felt I could trust him.  These people are good at what they do.  And they damn well know EXACTLY what they are doing to me.

Let my scenario be your warning!  The legalization movement is truly a war.  And they are going to keep knocking us down every time we think we are getting a step up.  The Activists who are in my age range are particularly vulnerable because of other healthcare issues.  Legalize, tax and regulate as a form of control is not going to change this scenario.  Only true repeal of the prohibition of this plant would do us any good now.  Yes, you can “legalize” a schedule II Cannabis drug that will give the plant to the Pharmaceutical Companies to patent, and prescribe to patients…But you will never be able to grow a plant in your yard for your own use.  You will have to have a RX in order to get this medication and it will come straight through the FDA and DEA and don’t get caught with someone else’s “Cannabis RX” in your pocket!

I just cannot figure out how a Doctor can be sanctioned for bartering RX’s for Marijuana and be back in business within six months and I am a patient, half dead already, and cannot get my mental health medication filled because I smoke Marijuana ?????

That’s it, and that’s that.

All the years of hard work by Activists to free a plant are quickly going to Hell in a Hand Basket.  So enjoy while you can.

God Bless,

ShereeKrider

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY AUNT RUBY!

Put together 2 + 2 and you know you have been lied to

After much thought the last few days I decided I needed to say something about the “state of affairs” that our Country, and the entire world is enduring as we speak.

It seems that things that I have thought of in the past are coming true to life now.  Not to mention all the movies I have watched which predicted horrendous disasters including war, weather, biological catastrophes etc.,  Were they in fact intended to desensitize the people to the reality  of things to come?

I grew up in Louisville, Ky., and I remember riots and violence when busing was started.  I’ve seen KKK rallies – though never attended one.  I remember watching the news with Walter Cronkite as well when we were in Vietnam.  My father was a WWII Vet.  My Grandmother died in the great “flu pandemic” of 1918 – so I never even met her as I was born much later in my parents life.  I am also a recovering Catholic.  God knows I loved that religion all my life until I was old enough to put 2+2 together and realize I was lied to about most everything.

It has always been said that “history repeats itself”.  I hope that is not true because if it is we are in for another war like has never been seen before. WWII was supposed to be the War to end all War – In reality it was the beginning of what we are seeing today.  I do not like to bring the “Bible” into my writings “per say” however the “Good Book” in all religious forms predicts global war and catastrophe near the end times.  Can we stop it?  Are we too late?  Do we really WANT to stop it?

I tend to be somewhat satiric in some of the article’s I have personally written.  That being said I believed every bit of it or I would not have written it in the first place.  In some cases I wanted it to be entertaining as well but everything I have written had some thought behind it.  Do you really want to see a change in the World?

Moving right along as I could get really long winded here and I know people do not have the time to read everything all the way through anymore – They are either too busy having to be a slave to a Corporation or a Slave to the “Indigent System”… My word of the day is PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE for the worst and PRAY for the World to come to it’s senses and lay down ALL of your ARMS.

DO NOT hand them over to anyone, but LAY THEM DOWN IN PEACE!

PEACE and cooperation is what the world needs now…

We have many more important things to deal with at this point than WAR!!! We have an entire planet to rebuild called “Earth”.

Everywhere I have looked since 2001 there has been some kind of either Biological disasters and Meteorological disasters, (who knows whether it is natural global warming or human waste, corporate waste and pollutants),  Human suffering of indigenous proportions.  Not to mention the Military, Prison, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Fascists nightmare that has been here since we were.  And so of course I have to say that 2001 was not the start of the Global disaster we are seeing now.  It started many moons ago.  Sort of like the Good Lord, according to the Bible “he always was and always will be”(?)…Can we change the Earth?

Who started it all?  I could theorize all day long but at the end of the day at this point it does not matter.  It just has to stop.  And stop quick.  Or else the one’s of us who are lucky enough to still be able to watch the horror on TV will be next weeks news.

The laws of nature our not on our side at this point.  Neither is the “law of the land”.

Another big problem is social media.  Media in general is a problem in and of itself but FACEBOOK and all the rest of the “social networks” are causing more harm than good as cyber security carefully documents  almost everything about our lives, minute by minute – second by second.

Gaming programs of most kinds are no more than a way to condition our kids via programming as they sit there and push buttons to kill people – taking away all of the emotional cause and effect of a “killing”.

After posting the story about the “Purge” in Louisville, KY last week and seeing all the hits that this story got I started to think about just how easy it could be to throw any area in the U.S. or even Worldwide into an unprecedented  chaos just by “starting a social networking war” via comments and false statements.

Is this a planned joint venture between the governments to cause utter anarchy everywhere? A reason to bring down the Police State on everyone?

I have disconnected all social networking from my phone.  The fact that I still feel the need to carry one at all bothers me.  But until the electric goes out (and it will) I will continue to carry my cell phone – just in case I need to call or text somebody…

I have put together a few links which emphasize what I have been talking about above just to refresh everyone’s memory a little bit.  I am sure you all know what is happening today, right?

“Never believe anything you read and only half of what you see with your own eyes” was something I was taught as a child which turned out to be the “truth” of all “truths”.

Nothing is as it seems on the surface.  Like George Carlin said, “Teach your children to question everything…”

*Though I did not realize it at the time, there was another catastrophe just a few days before 9/11 which was Rainbow Farm.

Rainbow Farm was a campground run by Tom Crosslin and his life partner Rolland “Rollie” Rohm and home to two controversial festivals, HempAid on Memorial Day and Roach Roast on Labor Day. The owner of Rainbow Farm supported the “medical, spiritual, and responsible recreational uses of Marijuana for a more sane and compassionate America” [1]. Rainbow Farm was the focus of an intensive investigation by Cass County prosecutor Scott Teter. The investigation eventually came to a head in early September 2001 with the burning down of all the structures on the property and the shooting deaths of both Tom Crosslin and Rolland Rohm.

Prior to that was:  *1995 Oklahoma City Bombing

The Oklahoma City bombing was a domestic terrorist bomb attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. The bombing killed 168 people[1] and injured more than 680 others.[2] The blast destroyed or damaged 324 buildings within a 16-block radius, destroyed or burned 86 cars, and shattered glass in 258 nearby buildings,[3][4

*In 2004 came the Tsunami.

The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake was an undersea megathrust earthquake that occurred at 00:58:53 UTC on Sunday, 26 December 2004, with an epicentre off the west coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. The quake itself is known by the scientific community as the Sumatra–Andaman earthquake.[5][6] The resulting tsunami was given various names, including the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, South Asian tsunami, Indonesian tsunami, the Christmas tsunami and the Boxing Day tsunami.[7]

*In 2005 came Hurricane Katrina.

Hurricane Katrina was the deadliest and most destructive Atlantic tropical cyclone of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season. It is the costliest natural disaster, as well as one of the five deadliest hurricanes, in the history of the United States.

*In 2006 came the Java earthquake.

The May 2006 Java earthquake occurred at 05:54 local time on 27 May on the southern coast of the island of Java, around 20 km (12 mi) south-southeast of the Indonesian city of Yogyakarta. The shock occurred at a shallow depth and was located just to the south of Mount Merapi, a stratovolcano (that was mid-eruption at the time) located on the border between Central Java and Yogyakarta. The large M6.3 earthquake caused a disproportionate number of casualties, with more than 5,700 deaths and 37,000 injuries, and very high financial losses (Rp 29.1 Trillion ($3.1B)). With a lack of instruments in the area, the shock was initially attributed with the (strike-slip) Opak Fault that lies to the east of the affected areas, but later InSAR analysis revealed that another previously unknown fracture was responsible for the sequence of shocks.

*In December of 2007 Benazir Bhutto, the 11th Prime Minister of Pakistan was assassinated.

Benazir Bhutto ( بينظير بھٹو ), pronounced [beːnəˈziːr ˈbʱʊʈʈoː]; 21 June 1953 – 27 December 2007) was the 11th Prime Minister of Pakistan, serving two non-consecutive terms in 1988–90 and then 1993–96. A scion of the politically powerful Bhutto family, she was the eldest daughter of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, a former prime minister himself who founded the centre-left, social-democratic Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

*In 2008 – 2009 was the Great Recession.

The Great Recession[1][2][3][4] (also referred to as the Second Great Depression,[5] Lesser Depression,[6] the Long Recession,[7] or the global recession of 2009[8][9]) was a global economic decline in the late 2000s decade. The effects of this economic downturn are having a continued influence into 2014.

*2010 brought the “Arab Spring”.

The Arab Spring (Arabic: الربيع العربي‎, ar-rabīˁ al-ˁarabī) is a revolutionary wave of demonstrations and protests (both non-violent and violent), riots, and civil wars in the Arab world that began on 18 December 2010 and spread throughout the countries of the Arab League and surroundings. While the wave of initial revolutions and protests had expired by mid-2012, some refer to the ongoing large-scale conflicts in Middle East and North Africa as a continuation of the Arab Spring, while others refer to the second wave of revolutions and civil wars post 2012 as the Arab Winter.

*2011 Tohoku earthquake,

The 2011 earthquake off the Pacific coast of Tōhoku (東北地方太平洋沖地震 Tōhoku-chihō Taiheiyō Oki Jishin?) was a magnitude 9.0 (Mw) undersea megathrust earthquake off the coast of Japan that occurred at 14:46 JST (05:46 UTC) on Friday 11 March 2011,[2][3][8] with the epicentre approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of the Oshika Peninsula of Tōhoku and the hypocenter at an underwater depth of approximately 30 km (19 mi).[2][9] The earthquake is also often referred to in Japan as the Great East Japan Earthquake (東日本大震災 Higashi nihon daishinsai?)[10][11][12][fn 1] and also known as the 2011 Tohoku earthquake,[13] and the 3.11 Earthquake. It was the most powerful earthquake ever recorded to have hit Japan, and the fifth most powerful earthquake in the world since modern record-keeping began in 1900.[8][14][15] The earthquake triggered powerful tsunami waves that reached heights of up to 40.5 metres (133 ft) in Miyako in Tōhoku’s Iwate Prefecture,[16][17] and which, in the Sendai area, travelled up to 10 km (6 mi) inland.[18] The earthquake moved Honshu (the main island of Japan) 2.4 m (8 ft) east and shifted the Earth on its axis by estimates of between 10 cm (4 in) and 25 cm (10 in),[19][20][21] and generated sound waves detected by the low orbiting GOCE satellite.[22]

*2012 In the worst power outage in world history, the 2012 India blackouts leave 620 million people without power.

Two severe power blackouts affected most of northern and eastern India on July 30 and 31, 2012. The 30 July 2012 India blackout affected over 300 million people and was the then-largest power outage in history, counting number of people affected, beating the January 2001 India blackout. The 31 July 2012 India blackout was the largest power outage in history. The outage affected over 620 million people, about 9% of the world population,[1][2][3] or half of India’s population, spread across 22 states[4] in Northern, Eastern, and Northeast India.

*In 2013, Benedict XVI resigns as pope, becoming the first to do so since Gregory XII in 1415, and the first to do so voluntarily since Celestine V in 1294. Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina is elected the 266th pope, whereupon he takes the name Francis and becomes the first Jesuit pope, the first pope from the Americas, and the first pope from the Southern Hemisphere.

This is 2014.

Just sit down, shut up and think for a minute!

The World is in chaos as we speak.

I was going to add additional links here to the ongoing “news” around the World, but I really do not think it is necessary.  Everyone that reads this has the same ability that I do to Google the news so I will end my rant here.

And that’s the way it was August 16, 2014…

7976961615_e1457307a6_mHere is something that tells you about the nature of people and their curiosity about “sensationalized news”...

If it is VIOLENCE or something equally as sensational they will flock to it…If it is an “INFORMATIVE and IMPORTANT information” they tend not to care. There was over 1100 people who “saw” the post I put out about the “Purge” in Louisville KY this past weekend…I only posted it to be a “PSA” of sorts…so people would be aware of the situation. It turned out to be the best day of “hits” Ive ever had on the blog..Previously it was 200+ in one day on an article about “roadkill being processed in a restaurant”.… What is the point in continuing to try to bring REAL INFORMATION to the people when all they really want is entertainment??

There’s something about me…

Sheree Krider

I do not want to be a politician, nor a lawyer. However, at this point I do wish I had a Law degree!

But I do not want to be put into a position where I can no longer say what I feel is right, but must succumb to the “for the greater good of the people” clause which they use in order to be able to lie to us with a straight face.

I originally came to the USMJParty in 2005 as the Kentucky Chair and Website Administrator. In 2010 I accepted VP of USMJParty although an official Charter was never set up.

In 2011 I appointed William A. Chengelis to Head Chair and Colorado and I resigned the VP position but continued on as Kentucky Chair and help keep up the websites for Kentucky and USMJParty.

Richard Rawlings who was the former Head Chair/President had resigned due to illness, but was still the owner of all of the Websites for the “Party”.

Upon his death in February of 2013 I was left with the websites and decided to act as the “Organizer” and Kentucky Chair until such time as the USMJParty sets up an Official Charter and can elect a permanent Head Chairperson.

As Organizer of the U.S. Marijuana Party I can focus on leading the masses thru education and information and get their attention on at least one of the worst Human Rights abuses I have seen in my lifetime with the scope and magnitude of the lies that were spread across virtually the entire GLOBE concerning Cannabis Medications and Hemp, as well as Cannabis for recreational use…

The U.S. Marijuana Party (USMJP) is a “Anti-Prohibition – Repeal and Nullify” Party with regard to Cannabis/Hemp Laws (vs. Legalization – which “leaves” the plant under the total control of the Government and us without any inherit rights to the plant at all). Effectively it is a Pharmaceutical takeover of the plant.

WE ARE MOST IMPORTANTLY A HUMAN RIGHTS PARTY. We need educated – (self-taught is always acceptable), informed, and politically motivated people to run for office under the USMJP. We also need dedicated Chair People and others to set up State Chapters. It is only YOU that can help save our Earth and bring it to peace by petition, voting rights, running for office and activism in whatever form. We are Constitutionalists who believe in adhering to the “Civil Rights” which we were given by the Forefathers of our Country. All of these are important: Human Rights, Civil Rights, Constitutional Rights, Religious Rights, PATIENTS Rights, and many more issues as well, including but not limited to: Global Warming, All other Ecological concerns, Coal Fly Ash and ponds, Fracking, GMO’s and their usage. Human Trafficking, Prison abuse, Children’s Rights, 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights, etc., (It goes on and on…)

After all, as Gatewood Galbraith once said: “There are only two ways to win a war. One is politically and the other to take it to the streets”. I damn sure hope the streets isn’t where we end up….

Peace and Prayers to You All!

We have to just say “NO” to drug testing…

January 14, 2014

Sheree Krider

While sitting here thinking of my friends in pain who are trapped into slavery thru the Corporations they work for via “workplace drug testing”…who are condemned to use ONLY narcotics via the pharmaceutical industrial complex via so called “pain clinic’s” and doctors who are trapped in the prescribing business AND the drug screening business, which is equal to drug trafficking via legal means,

I am wondering why,

just why not say NO!

*The Feds cannot force you to take a drug test for employmentThey can and do force drug testing upon “pain patients” and parolees which is another issue of it’s own.

This is done by the Corporations themselves.  Insurance Companies are involved  as well of course the Corporations who make the “testing kits” and at the same time they are making “pass your drug test kits” which people run out and buy in order to succumb to the Industrial and Insurance related Complex.

WE HAVE TO JUST SAY NO…

Our Father’s and Grandfather’s went to war and lost their lives for our freedom by the thousands, and I could start a whole new issue on that subject alone, but I will save that for another day.

GATEWOOD GALBRAITH SPEECH

The question here is are we willing to consume less to have more freedom?

We can effectively turn the prohibition around and “prohibit” them from invading our privacy, and entering our property without a search warrant, (symbolically), just by refusing or saying NO to their test.

I have never passed a drug test for Cannabis/Marijuana.

I also have never failed one for any other non-prescribed drug.

Do not worry about passing your next drug test.

DO start looking for other ways and means of making an income such as working for small privately owned companies which are few and far between but do still exist.  You can also sub-contract yourself, or work independently.

If you are lucky enough that you have already obtained a job and passed your drug test then just hope like hell you don’t get picked on too soon.

If you have not found a job yet, then DO NOT work for a company which is telling you that you must succumb to “random drug testing” or “pre-employment drug testing”.

This could effectively be a type of “civil disobedience” which is actually legal to do.  Again, “just say no” to drug testing.

If EVERYONE followed this one rule, it would not take long for  “drug testing” to disappear much like the “inspection stickers” for vehicles in the 1980’s did in Kentucky when everyone was so poor they could not afford to make their vehicles pass the test.  Eventually  they gave up and ended it.  (Just imagine what would happen if all these people could not pay their electric bill for one month.  It is true that you would not have electric for that period of time but it is also true that the electric company would not be getting near as much income for that period of time).  Most people CAN survive without electric for a month.  That has been proven by the people themselves who have suffered loss due to storms, etc.,

If you are unemployable you have a reason to file for disability.  Not that you will be approved, but just think of the paperwork put upon the SSA if everyone that failed a drug test filed for disability.  And then when they do not approve it, appeal the decision.  You can keep them “dancing” for a while – just depends upon how far you want to take it.

If they DO NOT end the drug testing at that point it could cause even more black market businesses to appear just for the fact that they can’t fill the Industrial Complex with legal worker’s.

The Industrial Complex cannot afford to loose it’s slaves so therefore I do not think it would take too long to accomplish the goal of ending “drug testing” policies.

And just like everything else the poorest of the people will be the one’s affected the most in this decision and have to suffer the “worse” before it gets better.

BECAUSE, they do not drug test politicians nor doctors or lawyers….

I guess it comes down to the sad fact whether or not you want to have freedom and live on beans and soup, or be a slave and eat commercial hamburgers.

I do not want to suggest that everyone absent mindedly quit their jobs tomorrow with no plans on how to sustain themselves.  However, making alternative plans for an income is always a good idea regardless.

sheree

This has been “something to think about” ,

Smkrider

*According to Henriksson, the anti-drug appeals of the Reagan administration “created an environment in which many employers felt compelled to implement drug testing programs because failure to do so might be perceived as condoning drug use. This fear was easily exploited by aggressive marketing and sales forces, who often overstated the value of testing and painted a bleak picture of the consequences of failing to use the drug testing product or service being offered.”[36] On March 10, 1986, the Commission on Organized Crime asked all U.S. companies to test employees for drug use. By 1987, nearly 25% of the Fortune 500 companies used drug tests.[37]

**THC and its major (inactive) metabolite, THC-COOH, can be measured in blood, urine, hair, oral fluid or sweat using chromatographic techniques as part of a drug use testing program or a forensic investigation of a traffic or other criminal offense.[91] The concentrations obtained from such analyses can often be helpful in distinguishing active use from passive exposure, elapsed time since use, and extent or duration of use.

***Drug testing in order for potential recipients to receive welfare has become an increasingly controversial topic.

Why we must repeal prohibition

Category: USMJParty Published on Wednesday, 04 September 2013 13:06 Written by Sheree Krider Hits: 5561

Because of the danger that Hitler might be the first to have the bomb, I signed a letter to the President which had been drafted by Szilard. Had I known that the fear was not justified, I would not have participated in opening this Pandora’s box, nor would Szilard. For my distrust of governments was not limited to Germany” (Albert Einstein: Historical and Cultural Perspectives)

Why “Repeal Prohibition”?  History tends to repeat itself.  Therefore if we do not learn of our past then we are not prepared to go forward into the future.

Prohibition has been an issue since Government’s have existed.

There is a big conflict in the Cannabis movement at this point between “Legalize, Tax, Regulate”, etc., as opposed to REPEAL of the Prohibition which made it “illegal” to begin with.

The following links give some background information on the issue of Repeal.

ALCOHOL

Prohibition in the United States was a national ban on the sale, production, and transportation of alcohol, in place from 1919 to 1933.[1] The dry movement was led by rural Protestants in both political parties and was coordinated by the Anti-Saloon League. The ban was mandated by the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution, and the Volstead Act set down the rules for enforcing the ban and defined the types of alcoholic beverages that were prohibited. Private ownership and consumption of alcohol was not made illegal under federal law, but in many areas local laws were stricter and some states banned possession outright. Prohibition ended with the ratification of the Twenty-first Amendment, which repealed the Eighteenth Amendment, on December 5, 1933.

Pauline Sabin (1887–1955) was a New Yorker who founded the Women’s Organization for National Prohibition Reform (WONPR) in 1929. Time recognized her work promoting the repeal of prohibition by featuring her on its cover on July 18, 1932.

Repealing…

The Cullen-Harrison Act, signed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 22, 1933, authorized the sale of 3.2% beer (thought to be too low an alcohol concentration to be intoxicating) and wine, with the first legal beer sales since the beginning of Prohibition on January 16, 1920.[16] In 1933, the state conventions ratified the Twenty-first Amendment, which repealed the 18th Amendment. The amendment was fully ratified on December 5, 1933. Federal laws enforcing Prohibition were then repealed.[17]

CANNABIS

The Harrison Narcotics Tax Act (Ch. 1, 38 Stat. 785) was a United States federal law that regulated and taxed the production, importation, and distribution of opiates. The act was proposed by Representative Francis Burton Harrison of New York and was approved on December 14, 1914.[1]

“An Act To provide for the registration of, with collectors of internal revenue, and to impose a special tax on all persons who produce, import, manufacture, compound, deal in, dispense, sell, distribute, or give away opium or coca leaves, their salts, derivatives, or preparations, and for other purposes.” The courts interpreted this to mean that physicians could prescribe narcotics to patients in the course of normal treatment, but not for the treatment of addiction.

Although technically illegal for purposes of distribution and use, the distribution, sale and use of cocaine was still legal for registered companies and individuals.

AMA OPPOSITION

The American Medical Association (AMA) opposed the act because the tax was imposed on physicians prescribing cannabis, retail pharmacists selling cannabis, and medical cannabis cultivation/manufacturing; instead of enacting the marijuana Tax Act, the AMA proposed cannabis be added to the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act.[8] The bill was passed over the last-minute objections of the American Medical Association. Dr. William Woodward, legislative counsel for the A.M.A. objected to the bill on the grounds that the bill had been prepared in secret without giving proper time to prepare their opposition to the bill.[9]

THE MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937 Full Text of the Marihuana Tax Act as passed in 1937

Introduction (in italics) by David Solomon

The popular and therapeutic uses of hemp preparations are not categorically prohibited by the provisions of the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937. The apparent purpose of the Act is to levy a token tax of approximately one dollar on all buyers, sellers, importers, growers, physicians, veterinarians, and any other persons who deal in marijuana commercially, prescribe it professionally, or possess it.

In the early 1970s, U.S. President Richard Nixon officially declared “war on drugs” in response to the massive drug abuse in the U.S. and the social damage it was causing. This announcement had global repercussions.[1][79]

In 1971, as part of the Nixon administration’s international anti-narcotics campaign, U.S. officials suggested creating a government-funded, UN-administered fund to combat drug abuse.[2][80] The United Nations Fund for Drug Abuse Control (UNFDAC) was launched in 1971 with an initial $2 million donation from the U.S. Other governments were reluctant to contribute because of the motives behind the Fund. This reluctance was well founded as UNFDAC essentially became a U.S. tool. The emphasis was on law enforcement and crop substitution rather than abuse and demand-oriented strategies. Money went primarily to projects that involved U.S. allies and focused on countries where the U.S. had been unable to stop opium production.[3][81]

NOW, considering all the information above I am inputting an article that Rev. Mary Thomas-Spears wrote a few days ago explaining the situation…

So you think you want Marijuana Legal ? Need I once again remind you of the facts?

Fact is. The Feds made an announcement very similar to this one when California passed Medical Legislation nearly 20 yrs ago and they have been raiding medical states every since as sanctioned and mandated prohibition only continues with legal lies = Legalize = more regulation, more taxation, more prohibition, more arrest,… Which I have already pointed out and most are very comfortable with standing in lines to wait for it as they continue to beg for it.

I could point out, that alcohol is legal here in Kentucky and the result of it’s being made legal is it is prohibited in over 70 counties here in Kentucky today.  As guns are legal and prohibited. Fireworks are legal and prohibited. As I have said many times, Hell prescription drugs are legal and still prohibited. Arrests on illegal possession of all these  controlled items still continue because as I have said, Legalize = legal lies is sanctioned and mandated prohibition. So is the war on Marijuana or it’s culture, people, community, nation over???

Hardly!!!

Though it will shift many arrest from state to federal level. As the people are begging to be enslaved by legalize = legal lies. After all these years they are still totally ignorant of what they are asking for or who they are dealing with or how they operate.

Do you really think you can cut deals with devils?

Oh, at this point I could go into my spew about GMO Cannabis and Monsanto.  Yet so far all I have pointed out seems to be totally cool with the majority of you. So why waste my time and energy? Which is what I am asking myself with each letter I type at this point.

I could try to remind you this is a holy herb. Yet, my site that info was on has been taken off-line because I have run out of money to pay for it all and I don’t wish to waste the energy again at this point on something that very few seemed to care about for the right reasons.

So I thought I’d try the same approach I know a friend of mine already used and no one listened to him so I am not sure why I think it might work for me? Yet, I know a few will get it. As I did.

My friend Federal Patient George Mc Mahon explained this many times.  Be Careful What You Wish For You Might Just Get It! Like he did.

That’s right! He wanted Medical Marijuana and He got it!

The Result is, He is now “Prohibited” from using the marijuana or cannabis he would choose to use and can only consume that which he is prescribed by the government with it’s 2% THC level.

Wait? Isn’t this the same complaint from patients receiving Canada’s Government grown Medicine??? That it is of No Count.

To quote another Federal Patient Irv Rosenfeld, “The majority who think they want this will gain nothing.”   ~ http://today.time4hemp.com/2013/08/29/time-4-my-medication.aspx

Because the majority just want to get HIGH!

If you are even prescribed use of the plant at all. We have patches, sprays and suppositories… and George and Irv are both proof you don’t need anymore than 2% THC to live.

Better not use one too many they are testing levels in patients on medicines they receive now. Patients and Doctors are being brought up on charges for overuse or abuse. Is prescription cannabis next on this list???

Yet, many are totally cool with all this too.

I could point out as I have many times that smoking cigarettes are legal and becoming more highly regulated and discriminated against in the workplace and public even our cars and homes everyday.  They are talking about taking children away for parents smoking cigarettes.  Yet, somehow you think Legalization will protect you against this. It won’t!!!

Nor will it protect you against piss test, eviction, more unemployment, loosing your gun rights,…

You think it will give you the right to grow. Yet, again, I have already pointed out that Canadians thought this too and that if you look at the new Canadian Law it explains to you that they are working with D.E.A. in the North American Union to keep Marijuana a Controlled Substance and that they will not police Individual Grows therefore there will be none. That only government approved commercial grows will be handling the operations of growing and producing.

So eventually it will be completely handed to those of the likes of GW Pharma and Monsanto.  Yet, you already knew this though with the GMO’s.

I find very interesting that the Government also chooses now to tell veterans that they have the right to use in states where it is legal. When this has been approved at the federal level for several years now. I’d link proof of this but it too was on my other site. I am sure you can google it.

There is currently a rush on to legalize. Why Now???

Because they have been leading the masses by their noses for years with legal lies and they are loosing control of their goal due to the fact the Repeal Prohibition Movement has grown so rapidly in the last year and our economy is on the verge of collapse so they  are rushing to regain control of the situation and the masses.

Not to mention, you would have to read the Patriot Act to be fully aware of this situation. In it declares the possession of one joint a Terrorist Act.  I do have this PDF file in my other pc.

So where is the Federal Legislation that says they have ended Prohibition or that States have the right to do anything? Because their statements mean as much to me as they do to them.  Which is obviously very little by looking at the number of Federal Raids and Arrest since the last one like this.

Once again I am reminded of at time when Fat Freddy had me on the phone three way with George (yes Mc Mahon) and he was explaining to George why I needed to issue an apology to all our/my colleagues and those in the Marijuana/Cannabis/Hemp Movement for calling it all Legal lies and George laughed at Freddy and said, “I am sorry Freddy but if anything the ENTIRE movement owes her an Apology and I am in full agreement with Reverend Mary.” Then George went on to say, “Look Freddy let me explain it to you like this. Say we are all cows. I am a cow and I got me a patch of grass already because I beat the Feds. You are a cow who has his patch of grass already because you have won your rights in court like Mary who is sitting over there with her patch of grass. Now as we look around there aren’t many who have a patch of grass, while the majority are walking around in circles in their pen, trampling the dirt. As they look up here at us and scream come down here in the pen with us and we will show you they way to Legalize.” Then he laughed real big and said, “Not me, I already got mine. and because she is right and is taking on Monsanto and they are bigger than the Feds. I am digging a hole to crawl in. Because unfortunately I did get mine from them.”

I haven’t seen George on-line since that was nearly 6 yrs ago I believe. I do so miss him. I also understand where he is coming from and why he went underground.

Thinking about doing it myself at this point because of the ego’s and greed abounds and as my old friend George pointed out. I already got mine. So why should I care if you wonder around in the dirt?

Repeal Now! Please……. Before you forfeit your rights too!

There are some things that are more important than money or ego.

End – Rev. Mary

Now with all this information in mind we need to be rethinking very quickly how to solve this problem.  Bad laws are MADE TO BE REPEALED!  Let’s get with it!  This plant should be free to ALL people, not just the ones that the Government wants to use for Guinea Pigs.

I would be willing to be that if all the “legalization” movements sat down and quit today that government branded corporate medical marijuana would be available to people faster than you could blink.  Under their regulations, taxes, and legalities of course.

This is a Link to an comment that I made on omninerd back in 2007…on REPEAL.

This last article link should show the beast of legalization quite plainly…

I can never remember the details

Why I Do What I Do…

I can never remember the details. The “detail” section of my brain just does not work very well. I’ve had Major Clinical Depression with Chronic symptoms, Dysthymia, Chronic Anxiety as well.  I also, among other things, had a “Cerebellar Vascular Accident (CVA) which is about the same as a ruptured aneurysym in 1998.

It does not matter though, because I can remember where to find the information that I want or need, when I need it!

At the same time, the “philosophical” portion of my brain tends to work overtime. I spend most of my waking day on the internet, scanning for more and more information for which I know I will not remember the “details” of.

Scanning the internet for anything or everything from conspiracy to political, socio-economics, healthcare and the conspiracy thereof, cannabis related medical issues and the conspiracy thereof, then back to the daily news and beyond.

I never had the opportunity to go to college, and I received my education in “Little’s” such as our former President Abraham Lincoln, who, incidentally, was also from Kentucky.

I read, and read and read some more and then ask “Why?” or “Why Not?”, and then I search for more.

I believe as George Carlin did when he said that “children should be taught to question”. Question everything. Nothing should be taken for granted nor at face value.

In the 1990’s my Father and I were discussing “Hemp” one day and he advised me that I should seek out Gatewood Galbraith and go see him.  That “He” knew all about it.  At that time I was busy raising kids and working and taking care of Mom and Dad on the weekends.  Did not even have a computer!

I began about 2002 searching out “marijuana” information on the internet.

My Dad had died in 2001 and three months prior to that had called me one day and asked me if I could find him “a little pot”. As I was then ignorant of any kind of medicinal use of Marijuana, and he had COPD and Heart Disease. My only answer to him would be, “I’d love to Dad, but I’m afraid if you tried to smoke it at this point it could kill you.” His lung capacity was near zero. At that time we knew nothing of the “healing oil”. So about 2004 I was browsing one day and it came to my mind to search for “Medical Marijuana”, which I did.

The rest is history. Once I found how to access the information nothing was gonna stop me from trying to spread the message – through as many sites as I could possibly access. It suffices to say that in the last seven years or more I have learned a lot. The whole world has learned a lot.

I have been through many changes in my life and am thankful for most of them.

My only hope is that the World have a chance to recover itself before it is too late.

Much of that depends upon how we choose to “FREE” this God given gift of Cannabis, and what is done with it once it is.

And then comes the “Human Issue”…

I have seen so many abuses against humanity in general that I cannot ignore it.  So therefore, I not only am an activist for anti-prohibition, but I have very strong feelings concerning other issues as well.

Mountain Top Removal, and strip mining, coal ash and the illness and death as a result of, death penalty issues, prisoners rights issues, “DRUG WAR” Prisoners as well.
Civil Rights, Human Rights, Bill of Rights, Constitutional Rights, the list could go on forever.

I am in no way qualified to be a politican, or a lawyer,  nor would I ever want to be because I do not want to be put into a position where I can no longer say what I feel is right, but must succumb to the “for the greater good of the people” clause which they use in order to be able to lie to us with a straight face.

And since there are so many differing opinions within any given movement of Activists, I feel it should be to try to be a citizen reporter and/or journalist.  I can bring the news of the important issues which effect our live to your laptop, and I may have an occasional opinion on a given subject, but basically I want to give you the information that you need in order to make up your own minds about what you think is right.

After all, It’s not about what I as a single being wish to have happen.  It is about a Democracy which believes in the right of the people to decide for themselves who they want in office and how these laws are carried out.  In the end, it is only YOU that can help save our Earth and bring it to peace by petition, voting rights, etc.,  After all, as Gatewood once said:  There are only two ways to win a war.  One is politically and the other to take it to the streets.  I damn sure hope the streets isn’t where we end up.

Peace and Prayer to You All!

The Government regulated and Incorporated war on Marijuana and Hemp

19274_305586557993_761977993_4610295_3296126_n

The Government regulated and Incorporated war on Marijuana and Hemp have destroyed the country we live in by replacing what is a totally natural substance with a host of chemical compounds for our every need.  The problem is that the chemicals will kill us, but the Marijuana and HEMP will help to save us.
The Kentucky Marijuana Party will address any issue concerning Cannabis/Marijuana/Hemp Prohibition, Human Rights and Civil Rights, as we believe in adhering to the “original” Constitutional Rights of all United States Citizens.
We most certainly believe in the REPEAL OF PROHIBITION OF MARIJUANA/CANNABIS AND HEMP!

Why I was “fired” from my physician in Louisville, Kentucky.

Here I am in the “great Commonwealth of Kentucky”, on January 2, 2009, without a physician to attend to my health needs, after fifteen long years of struggle.  Why?  Because I smoke Cannabis for pain and anxiety among other conditions.

Since 1998 I have been through at least eight “pain clinics” and ONE M.D., that had stood beside me since 1995.  But as of today I have been “fired” as a patient for having a positive drug screen which only showed positive for Marijuana when he referred me to the last pain clinic.

Cut off, after fifteen years, for having used Cannabis for my own health.

My medical history is complicated to say the least.  I have been diagnosed with many things, and to this day I am not really sure what is wrong with me.  In my experience, the doctors in Louisville like to “cut and release”, and if you ask questions you will get the generalized answers that you already knew to begin with.  In short, if your heart is still beating when you walk in the office, you must be o.k.

The following is a short synopsis of my medical history, (though not all conclusive):

1960-1978 Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy due to chronic sickness up to 1970.

1978 – Diagnosed with chronic depression

1983 – Diagnosed with chronic depression/anxiety

1985 – Tubal Ligation

1990- Along with the “depression/anxiety” I began having chronic abdominal pain and bladder pain.  I was (and had been all of my life) treated for chronic bladder infections.

I was having so much illness that it prompted me to leave my job of five years with a predominant insurance company because I just could not cope with the pain and sickness anymore.

1991 – I was referred to a “women’s clinic” where I was continually seen for chronic cervical infections and bladder infections. Between 1991-1993 I had many trips to the ER because of those infections.  Of note, they always attributed my pain to the depression and anxiety and never gave me any pain medication until a month before surgery in 1993.

1993 – The Gynecologist decided that I had several cysts on my ovaries after a ultrasound, and said that he would do a partial hysterectomy and a bladder tie and that that should take care of the situation.  During the surgery, a needle was broken off in my pelvic bone, which they managed to extract after several additional hours in surgery.  After the surgery, I continued to have pelvic pain, and bladder infections.

1994 – The Gynecologist decided it was probably adhesions, and that they would do an outpatient surgery to try to resolve the problem.  That did not work either.

1995 – I was finally put on Medicare after having been given Disability in 2003 for depression.  After living through hell the previous ten years, I decided to go to a internist which was down the street from where I lived.  At that point I was put on pain medication.  However, there had been no real diagnosis of the pain I was having.

1995 – A friend encouraged me to see her “surgeon”, at which time I received emergency surgery for Gallbladder Disease.  The Surgeons stopped counting after 60 large stones and informed my family that my “insides looked like someone took a hot glue gun to them”.  The scar tissue had been so bad that they could not find my appendix or “I would have taken that out too”, he had said.  Unfortunately for me, shortly after my surgery he left the country to go back to his home country.

1996 – Continuing on pain medication from my internist, and still having many bladder problems and pelvic problems I went to another Gynecologist who offered to do a “total hysterectomy and adhesion removal”.  I was sent to outpatient surgery, but ended up in the hospital for a number of days because the surgery was intense.

I continued on through 1997 still having abdominal pain, and still on pain medication.  In 1998 he referred me to a “pain clinic”.

1998 – After coming down with an unknown illness with a high fever, my Internist admitted me to the hospital where the next day I had a CVA/Stroke.  The pain clinic I had been seeing had me on oxycontin and hydrocodone, along with Neurontin and was located in the same hospital where I was admitted.  However, somehow, when I was released 10 days later and received my medication to go home on which included pain medication, there was a mix up in the doctor’s names on the prescriptions and I was investigated for “doctor shopping” and released from their pain clinic.  I was cleared of any wrongdoing but the damage had already been done.  My internist continued to prescribe my pain medication until 2003.  Of note, I had stopped the oxycontin and Neurontin as they where really hard on my depression.  The Neurologist that had taken my case in the hospital “fired” me for being “too ill for him to treat”.

2003 – I am forced into a pain clinic again.  Incidentally, this clinic turned out to be the largest legal narcotic writer in Kentucky.  I was given oxycontin, morphine, large amounts of hydrocodone or oxycodone.  The doctor attempted a “plexis block” of my abdomen at which time one or both of my Kidneys were punctured.  I bleed for 12 hours, but “I was o.k., and it was nothing to worry about” per the doctor.  Then came the methadone.  I was frazzled all the time.  I was a “legal” drug addict that almost burned down the house more than once.  I tried to continue on and eventually quit taking everything except hydrocodone and an occasional soma.  But in 2006, I was given a “drug test” which showed that I was smoking Marijuana and guess what…They refused to fill any more narcotics EXCEPT the methadone.  At that point I gave it back to them and told them they could keep it.  I “fired” them.

I then went back to my internist which agreed to prescribe my hydrocodone.  But between 2003 and 2008 I was turned down by many other pain clinics.

Then in December of 2008 the decision was made that my internist could no longer fill my medication’s because of a PDS at the last pain clinic.  He then “fired” me.

Of note, during the period of 2001 – 2008 I had lost my first Grandchild to a stillbirth, cared for and lost my father in 2001 and continued to live with my Mother and care for her until she was so ill that I was forced to put her in a Nursing Home in 2007.  My Mother died on November 24, 2008.  Previous to that I had lost my best friend “Sally” who was my dog that had always been beside me through it all since 1993.  My Heart has been irreversibly broken.  So with all of this loss on my mind, and then losing my only doctor of fifteen years, I have really been tested.  I credit prayer and family and my “Cannabis” for my survival.  There were so many times I just wanted to call it quits.  But there was always some “need” for me to be here.

Back in 2003 I had started researching online “Medical Marijuana”.  I knew I used it, and I knew I needed it, but I had just thought I was a “pot smoker”.  I had never credited it with saving my life until after my Dad died in 2001.  You see, he had called me about three months prior to his death and asked me if I could get him some.  Because of my ignorance of the medical benefit of Marijuana, my Father died without the medication that could have reduced his misery.  My Mother was diagnosed with HBP and Alzheimer’s which possibly could have been helped with Marijuana although I was too afraid of the “elder abuse” laws to try it.  I feel guilty about that too.  I might have had a healthier Mother for a few more years.

I have never had a police record.  I only have a glass of wine a couple of times a year.  I have even managed to stay out of the Psychiatric Hospital, although there were a few times I would have probably benefited from it.

And now, the doctor that I thought would always be there for me has left me in the cold, without even a personal phone call from him.  The letter was signed by office staff.

I do not hold any grudges against this doctor.  He did what he had to do to save his livelihood.  Although I do not know what the “pertinent details” of the situation where, I am assuming the DEA of KY was somehow involved.

In Kentucky it is called KASPER.  “KASPER” in and of itself has become a syndrome in Kentucky.  What I cannot understand is why, when KY is so known for it’s oxycontin abuse and death’s, should it be illegal for me to smoke Cannabis, in my own home, especially since I do have such a medical record.  (I have never passed a drug screening test due only to Marijuana).

It reminds me of a “genocidal drama”… Give out all the Narcotics that you can, which will downsize the population, and at the same time they can punish the people who are Marijuana users and “force” them into forfeiting their Marijuana, and using the “Pharmaceutical death drugs”.

There is no such thing as a Marijuana friendly doctor in Kentucky.  They are all scared to death.

I must say that if I had not been using Marijuana for the last fifteen years or more, I sincerely believe that I would have died by now.

I was told by one doctor that I was “living on borrowed time”.

What kind of Government conspiracy would do such a thing as to make a “plant” illegal?

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE, JUST FOLLOW THE MONEY!

The state of Kentucky is for all practical purposes bankrupt.  Violence and homelessness are continually on the rise.  It is NOT Marijuana that has caused this.  Statistically, Kentucky, especially certain counties, are not a healthy place to live.  And the members of my family who do not use Marijuana have had greater health problems than me in a number of cases.

Our Mayor call’s it “possibly city”.

For most of us it is nearly impossible to live here.  Lack of education and health care are abominable.  If you are one of the lucky ones who make more money than you need and/or have the benefits of a major manufacturing company or other entity, then you may survive a little longer and a little better.

But most true Kentuckians have been laborers and farmers all of their lives.  Their needs are never fully met, and the laws that prohibit Marijuana is just another way to “keep us in our place”.

It is a shame that we cannot grow Marijuana and/or Hemp on our own property, legally.

So in all reality, we never truly own anything, including our own bodies and minds.

Marijuana and Hemp prohibition is just one of many dire problems which our country is facing today.  But if we could “free these plants”, that were put on Earth by God, to be used accordingly, then maybe, just maybe, it would be a sign of us being able to take back our country’s freedoms for all people.
