Chocolate Mint Cookies

I’m a caregiver to some patients and I had baked up some medicated cookies. I can’t eat them since I’ve used cannabis-infused butter and the mint candies contain milk chocolate. However, I’m told that eating two of these cookies relieves back and limb pains, sciatica symptoms, and insomnia. I had used triple-strength butter specifically for these ailments. If you’re going to try this recipe, always use caution when eating; eat a half-cookie and wait to see how you feel after about an hour before consuming more.


  • 3/4 c cannabis-infused butter
  • 1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 T water
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 t baking soda
