Under the EEOC you cannot discriminate
against a job applicant based on sexual
orientation or religion.

You can have a sex change,
so your sexual orientation is your personal choice.

You can change your religion if you want to,
so religion is your personal choice.

Therefore, by the same logic,
your choice of political party affiliation is
your personal choice,
and so
the Federal Courts should determine
that because
your choice of political party affiliation
is just as personal a choice
as your choice of religion and sexual orientation,
that it should be
just as illegal
to discriminate against a candidate for the
job of President or U.S. Senator or Governor,
as it is illegal to discriminate against someone
for their choice of religion and sex.
